Flip Jansen

Flip Jansen studied at Radboud University Nijmegen and the University of Essex, where he has specialised in (international) migration law.

After having worked for the Dutch embassy in Abuja, Nigeria, he started his career in law in 2010 and has focused on immigration law. Flip Jansen is not only specialised in all aspects of immigration law (including labour migration, family reunification, asylum, and aliens detention), but also in conducting legal proceedings against imposed administrative fines for violating the Foreigners Employment Act.

Flip Jansen’s power lies in his ability to work fast and offer clear and excellent advice on the various possibilities to legally reside and work in the Netherlands. He takes the client by the hand and guides them through the process of applying for a residence or work permit. He also has a lot of litigation experience in procedures concerning the revocation or rejection of a residence permit. His goal is to strive for the desired result together with the client, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
